These started the same way all my favorite pieces do — slowly wandering the beaches of the Bahamas, looking for shells that feel special. This pair of huggies features shells cast from the same original find, individually sandcasted in solid 14k yellow gold.

Even though they come from the same shell, the sandcasting process makes each one slightly unique. The organic texture, tiny ridges, and natural imperfections are all preserved in gold — which means they match beautifully, but they’re not perfectly identical. (Just like anything you’d find in nature.)

They’re finished as an easy, everyday pair of huggie earrings with a golden shell gently dangling from each — solid gold but light enough to be comfortable. Like wearing two tiny treasures you picked up on a perfect afternoon by the water.

Solid 14K yellow gold, aproximately 3g per earring. Sold as a set. Huggies are aproximately 11.5mm diameter for a comfortable fit.
