FAQ
Returns
All sales are final. As a one person business who makes each piece myself, I am not able to take returns unless there is an issue with the piece that is my fault. Refunds or exchanges for damaged items will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you receive a damaged item, or the wrong item, please contact me ASAP.
I try my best to post detailed & accurate photos of pieces. Please review all photos and the item description before ordering.
Cancelled Orders
In general, all sales are final. However, if you have ordered an item and change your mind within 48 hours, I may be able to cancel your order. Please reach out ASAP. Cancelled orders will be subject to a minimum of a 5% restocking fee, which will go up if a piece is already in early stages of production.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If your package has been stuck in shipping for a long time, or has been stolen (e.g. porch pirate) - PLEASE reach out to me! Every piece that leaves the M.Grace studio is shipped fully insured - this is what the handling fee pays for. If your piece is lost or stolen, most of the time insurance will cover a replacement.
Tariffs / Customs
If you are ordering from outside of the USA, you may be subject to tariff and/or duties from your home country. This is the customer's responsibility to research and pay these fees.
Damages
All M.Grace jewelry is designed to be worn. However, that does not mean it is indestructible! Fine jewelry should be worn with care and caution. Any and all damage that occurs to your jewelry while under your care is your responsibility, including broken/chipped stones, bent rings, broken clasps, etc. I highly suggest researching the metals and stones that are in your jewelry, and caring for them accordingly.
