TIming
I do my best to respond as quickly as I can, but it may sometimes take me a little longer to get back to you. Thank you in advance for your patience!
Project Selection
I’m selective about the custom projects I take on, choosing designs that align with my skills, experience, style, and creative interests. I want to make sure you absolutely love your piece, and part of that means saying no to projects that I don't feel I am the right fit for.
Customer materials
I do not take on customer-provided materials or stones for projects. Occasionally, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Metals
I primarily work in Yellow Gold (14K and 10K) and Sterling Silver. For some pieces, I can accommodate 18K Yellow Gold, 14K Rose Gold, unplated 14K White Gold. With some occasional exceptions, I do not take on custom projects in Sterling Silver.
